To celebrate the European Cooperation Day 2019, on 30 September 2019 and 1st October 2019 the European Integration Office of Montenegro will organize a set of activities promoting EU values and results of territorial cooperation.
Day 1 (30.09.)
The celebration will start with the opening speeches and the concert of the Music and Ballet Arts School ”Vasa Pavić“ from Podgorica.
After this the audience will have the opportunity to visit the Interactive exhibition of photographs of EU funded projects in the Klub Gallery at the Petrović Palace garden, Kruševac.
Furthermore, sport and recreation activities for children, including interactive games related to EU and cooperation shall be organised, with accompanying promotional material with this year’s motto Europe is You.
The event will end with a screening of a set of documentaries on European cooperation and the performance of local band VIS Tetra at the Plateau in front of the Karver Bookstore.
Day 2 (01.10.)
Pupils from elementary schools „Đoko Prelević“, Ubli and „Oktoih“, Dajbabe (rural areas near Podgorica) will visit the Lipska Cave in Cetinje, current beneficiary of the Interreg V-B Adriatic-Ionian cooperation programme 2014-2020, as well as the Museum of King Nikola in Cetinje.
