Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Hungary-Serbia celebrates the annual European Cooperation Day this September and early October with 15 events, organized by nine projects, which are being implemented within this Programme.
The Programme’s goal for this year’s celebration is to showcase what the cross-border cooperation between the two neighbouring countries is in effect and to raise awareness about the importance of the EU investments in the region.
Within this celebration, the project PROTECT – “Nature Protection from Invasive Plant Species” will host its Closing conference. The project partners will present the project idea, objectives, activities and results about invasive species in Project protected areas. The speakers at the event will be from Serbian and Hungarian institutions, and the project partners will present the project results via presentation and a film. The event will host 100 participants from relevant institutions and authorities, but it will be open to public, as well.
