Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Hungary-Serbia celebrates the annual European Cooperation Day this September and early October with 15 events, organized by nine projects, which are being implemented within this Programme.
The Programme’s goal for this year’s celebration is to showcase what the cross-border cooperation between the two neighbouring countries is in effect and to raise awareness about the importance of the EU investments in the region.
Within this celebration, the project C-AGRO-Dev – “Cross-border Agrobusiness Development Program”, will organize a Conference about cultivation of truffle in Kecel, Hungary, on 14 September 2019. Some of the topics that the Conference explores are the following: the forest truffle cultivation; collection and processing according to the rules of organic farming; modern technologies in closed system cultivation; protection of summer truffle, and many more. Additionally, the event will involve a session on matching wines with truffles and truffle tasting.
